Hello There!

I am currently a full time employee for the University of Tennessee OIT HelpDesk and a part time student studying Computer Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with an expected graduation date of Spring 2019.

I am currenly the president of VolHacks and ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) for the EECS department at the University. I am also invloved with NSLS (National Society of Leadership and Success) as the Director of Photography. I have a love for anything technology related ranging from programming, photograhy, to physical servers (Dell R710 all the way).

    University of Tennessee OIT HelpDesk- 2016 - Current

    Expanding on the same responsiblities I had as a student worker for the HelpDesk. The full time staff also update our public knowledge base, internal knowledge base, and help write new documentation and procedures. The full time staff also assist with training of new employees.

    University of Tennessee OIT HelpDesk - 2014 - 2016

    The HelpDesk takes all incoming techonology related calls for students, faculty, and staff members of the university. We attempt to resolve all calls on a first call basis. If not we eselcate the tickets to the proper groups.

    Need Mowing - 2010 - 2015

    Lawn care service that I started from the ground up. Allocated funds as needed to maintain and upgrade equitment over time. Ten regular clients and several occasional clients; including residential and business.

    During high school I was involved with the marching band, TSA (Technology Student Association) and Scholars Bowl. I also got my first taste of programming here when they offered the first Java programming course to the school.
